Joseph McWilliams Family

This picture is courtesy of Tony Whisenant. He says: Standing L to R: James Abraham McWilliams (March 9, 1881 - October 27, 1954), William H. "Sy" McWilliams, Elijah McWilliams, Frank McWilliams; Seated L to R: Louisa Jane (Ashbaugh) McWilliams, Joseph McWilliams (January 1, 1840 - March 28, 1904), Joseph E. "Slim" McWilliams. Notice my G-G-Granddad is wearing moccasins. Joseph McWilliams made the Oklahoma Land Run of 1892 into Blaine County, where this photo was taken circa 1894. He is buried in the Cottonwood Cemetery, Hitchcock, Blaine County, Oklahoma.
Joseph is the son of James Harvey McWilliams, Sr, and brother of our direct ancestor, John McWilliams.
